Gas Boiler Installation
Once you have chosen your new boiler model, it's time for the installation. One of our Gas Safe registered engineers will fit the boiler in the spot you have designated. This involves connecting to pumps, pipes to your radiators and water outlets, and your cold water mains supply.
Gas Boiler Servicing / Repair
An annual service will start with a visual check to ensure that the boiler and associated pipework is installed and positioned correctly. One of our Gas Safe registered engineers will then check that your boiler is operating correctly and identify any initial problems. Then they will remove the boiler casing to look at its components.
Gas Central Heating Installation
A central heating system has pipework and radiators which are connected to a boiler. The boiler provides the heat and the pump moves heated water from the boiler through the pipework to the radiators, and back to the boiler for reheating. It also provides hot water to the hot taps in your home.
Gas Central Heating Servicing / Repair
A gas boiler service is a manual inspection performed by one of our Gas Safe registered engineers. The engineer will inspect your boiler for any gas leaks and faults which, if not detected, could lead to fires or explosions that may put your home and family at risk.
Gas Cooker Installation
Evaluate your kitchen to check existing gas connections · Disconnect your old cooker and check your new product · Connect your new cooker to an existing gas pipes.
Gas Safety Checks - CP12
A CP12 certificate is proof that a landlord has achieved the legal requirement to test the safety of the gas appliances in their property. If gas appliances are not installed correctly or not maintained and serviced, they can be a health hazard and pose a potential safety risk.
Smart Thermostats
A smart thermostat is a Wi-Fi enabled device that automatically adjusts heating and cooling temperature settings in your home for optimal performance.
